Wayne was first licensed in 1979 and opened this agency in 1981. His focus in the early years was on Life and Health products and planning. He has studied extensively throughout his career, earning the Fellow of the Life Underwriter Training Council (LUTCF) in September of 1988; Chartered Life Underwriter Designation in 2006 and the Chartered Financial Consultant in 2007. In addition to earning these designations, Wayne has also served as course moderator for many of the LUTC courses offered through The American College.

Another aspect of Wayne’s life has been to give back to the community. He served as Board President of the Humane Society of Cowlitz County for 10 years, having served over 17 years on the non-profit board. He is a current, active member of the Kelso Longview Kiwanis Club and the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Wayne believes in supporting his industry by training and mentoring new agents. He currently is the President-Elect for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors - Washington State Chapter.

Today, Wayne focuses primarily on Worker’s Comp, Life, Health and Long-Term Care Insurance. He holds active licenses in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho and Montana.
