Jana started her insurance career in 1978 as an employee of Land Title of Cowlitz County. Shortly thereafter she started work for Pioneer National Title and throughout the years she achieved the title and responsibilities of Senior Title Officer with a Multi-million dollar underwriting capacity. When Wayne and Jana bought Quaife’s Agency in 1997 she resigned from the Title Insurance business and focused on helping to expand the new agency. Jana earned her Property and Casualty license in 1998 and has served the agency as the office manager, customer service person and in-house back-up producer. Her smiling face is the first thing you’ll see as you drop in for a visit!
